TRX® is a form of tension and resistance training developed by Randy Hedrick while serving as a Navy SEAL. You will find Katie’s TRX® classes both fun and effective ways to sculpt lean, toned muscles while developing core strength. All skills levels welcome.
Barre Pilates has never been so fun. Katie combines ballet, aerobics and mat Pilates into an upbeat and energizing workout. Target each muscle group while increasing your endurance, flexibility and mind-body connection.
This low-impact workout is perfect for our clients who are just starting to work out or want something that will be easy on their joints. Katie builds a routine that includes bands and floor exercises that will build muscle and flexibly without a lot of pressure on your joints.
Everyone at every level will be challenged by this workout.
Personalized Workout Plans
Taking a trip but don’t want to lose your workout momentum? Katie will customize a workout plan (exercise routines, reps, stretching exercises, and cardio/nutrition ideas) to take with you on business trips, vacations, or when you are just too busy to make it into the studio.
Plans are customized based on your fitness level and fitness goals. Price is $50 per seven-day plan.
