Protein can be your body’s best friend. It keeps our metabolism running, our sugar levels steady and our energy high. It’s also important when building muscle.

This protein-packed breakfast smoothie is awesome for people who workout and for those who just want to increase their protein intake during the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or hazelnut butter
  • 2 Tbsps hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp rice protein powder (optional, but recommended)
  • 2 dates
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 glass of soy milk

Instructions

  1. Blend everything! Serve right away.
