- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter or hazelnut butter
- 2 Tbsps hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp rice protein powder (optional, but recommended)
- 2 dates
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 glass of soy milk
- Blend everything! Serve right away.
